Budget 2016 Suffers Another Delay As Buhari Refused To Sign The Budget.

The 2016 Budget implementation has suffered another setback as President Muhammadu Buhari has refused to sign the budget into law days after the Senate passed the budget and sending same to the president for him to sign into law.
The president refused to append his signature because according to him the budget sent to him was mere highlights of the budget passed and not the entire documents he sent to them. The Budget 2016 since its presentation by the President in December has witnessed a lot of hiccups starting from when the budget was declared missing by the senate in January 2016 which eventually was reported to have been found. After that comes the alleged padding of the budget during ministries defense of their budget.  Some ministries out rightly denied the budget prepared for them that it wasn’t what they presented like the Ministry of Health and Information and culture.
