Banker In EFCC Trouble For Aiding Ex NIMASA DG To Divert N2.6 Billion Into Personal Hands

A staff of Zenith Bank Plc Mrs Rita Ifeadi, a senior Manager who is also the Branch Head of the bank’s branch at Bar Beach Victoria Island has found herself in the murky waters of the Economic And Financial Crimes Commision in connection with the fraud that rocked the Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency NIMASA of about N2.6 billion between 2013 and May 28 2015. She was last week sacked by the Zenith Bank Management for her involvement in the alleged fraud by the Director General of (NIMASA).

No fewer than 22 worshipers lost their lives earlier today as two female suicide bombers attacked a Mosque at the early morning prayers today in Umarari a village near Maiduguri Borno state

According to eye witness report the first female suicide bomber detonated the explosive device she carried inside the mosque while prayers was going on while the second detonated hers at the entrance of the Mosque when people we scampering to escape the scene of the first explosion.

Lai Mohammed Lied Over Sabotage And Power Failure Claim -Electricity Workers.

The Nigerian Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has come under attack over his recent statements as regards power failure in the country on a Channels Television programme on Monday 14th March where the Minister said the unions in the power sector were sabotaging power infrastructure, leading to outages in the country.
